Thank you for supporting Valley Bear Studios. Each piece of jewelry is handmade with care, and we appreciate your patience while your order is prepared and shipped.
Order Processing
All jewelry is handmade in Arizona. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted in the product description. Processing time does not include shipping time.
During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Methods
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates and available options are calculated at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Valley Bear Studios is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Valley Bear Studios is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refunds.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Valley Bear Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If an issue occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the provided tracking number.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at valleybearstudios@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item so we can review the situation.
