Because each piece of jewelry is handmade individually and often one-of-a-kind, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. Please review all product descriptions, measurements, and photos carefully before placing your order.
Exceptions
Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the rare event that:
- The item arrives damaged, or
- You receive an incorrect item
If this occurs, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, I will work with you to resolve the matter appropriately.
Shipping Issues
I am not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been shipped. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
